2. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to all purchases made at myecostudio.com by consumers and businesses. The version in force when the order is placed applies. Customers accept them by ticking the corresponding box before confirming an order. They remain available in the website footer for consultation, download and printing.
Business orders governed by an individual quotation are also subject to the terms of that quotation, which prevail where they conflict with these terms. Customers must be of legal age. If language versions differ, the version used to place the order prevails.
3. Ordering process and contract
- The customer adds products to the basket and selects the relevant options.
- At checkout, the customer enters their details and chooses delivery and payment methods, with an opportunity to review and correct the order.
- By pressing the purchase button, the customer places an order carrying an obligation to pay.
- The contract is concluded when myeco sends the order confirmation email.
If confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact hello@myecostudio.com. myeco stores the order data and emails it to the customer.
4. Products: handmade plantable paper
Our paper is handmade from recycled paper and seeds. Each sheet is unique. Small differences in thickness, size, texture, edges, visible seed distribution and colour are natural and are not defects. Screen colours may also differ from the printed product.
We use quality, non-GMO seeds, but germination depends on soil, watering, light, temperature and season, which are outside our control after delivery. We therefore cannot guarantee that every seed will germinate. The paper and seeds are not edible. Customers planting outdoors must follow local rules on plant species.
5. Personalised products
Products made with the customer’s information or design are personalised, including invitations, wedding stationery, hearts with names or dates, cards with a personal message and corporate stationery.
- Design proof. Invitations and corporate stationery include a digital proof before production. Personalised hearts and greeting cards are produced from the text entered at checkout unless a proof is requested in the order notes.
- Approval. Where a proof is supplied, production starts after written approval and confirmed payment. Without a proof, timing starts at order confirmation.
- Approved errors. myeco is not responsible for errors in an approved proof, customer-entered text or customer files. Reproduction required for those reasons is charged to the customer.
- Changes. Changes after approval may affect price and timing.
- Colours. Printed colours on plantable paper may differ from screen colours and exact corporate colours.
Before approval, customers may request as many reasonable amendment rounds as needed at no extra cost. Production and shipping do not begin until approval.
6. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are shown in euros. For EU customers they include the VAT applicable in the delivery country, calculated at checkout. Shipping is shown separately. Orders delivered outside the EU do not include EU VAT; import duties, local taxes and customs costs are paid by the customer.
Payment is made in advance by the methods offered at checkout. Business quotations may also be paid by bank transfer; production begins when payment is received. The invoice is sent by email.
7. Shipping and timing
We ship from Alzira, Valencia, using DHL, Deutsche Post or Correos. Total delivery time is preparation time plus transport time.
- Non-personalised products: prepared in 2–3 business days.
- Personalised products with a proof: first proof in 1–3 business days from the day after the order; after approval, preparation takes 2–3 business days.

All times are estimates and may be affected by strikes, customs, carrier peaks or other circumstances outside myeco’s control. Customers must provide a full, correct address. A new shipping charge may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, non-collection or refusal.
If a parcel is damaged or does not arrive, contact us with the order number and any helpful photographs. Providing photographs helps us resolve the issue and does not limit statutory consumer rights.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, except for goods made to their specifications or clearly personalised.
Withdrawal can be exercised before the deadline using the online withdrawal form, by emailing hello@myecostudio.com, or with the optional model form below.
Goods must be sent within 14 days of giving notice to C/ Pere Morell, 5, bajo izquierda, 46600 Alzira (Valencia), España. Return shipping is paid by the customer. The customer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
myeco refunds the product price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving notice, using the original payment method. The refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of return are received. Any extra cost of express delivery is not refunded.
9. Legal guarantee and faulty goods
Consumer goods carry the statutory three-year conformity guarantee from delivery. If a product is faulty, contains a myeco production error or differs from the order, contact us with the order number, a description and any helpful photographs. We aim to reply within five business days and will replace or remake the item at no cost where appropriate; if that is impossible, we will issue a full or partial refund.
Natural handmade-paper variations, errors present in an approved proof or text supplied by the customer, and low germination caused by growing conditions are not defects. For business customers the contractual guarantee is one year and visible defects should be reported within seven days, without affecting rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability, intellectual property and applicable law
myeco is not liable for damage caused by use, storage or planting contrary to the instructions, or for delays caused by force majeure. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
myeco designs, illustrations, photographs and text belong to LECA ORIGIN SL or their respective authors and may not be copied without permission. Customers supplying text, logos or images confirm they have the right to use them.
Spanish law applies. Consumers living in another EU country retain the protection of the mandatory rules of their country. Complaints may be sent to hello@myecostudio.com; we aim to answer within ten days. myeco is not affiliated with a consumer arbitration scheme and does not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
